How we work
Match the method to the surface.
Florida grows mold and algae on everything — siding, shingles, pavers, screen cages. The mistake we see most often is too much pressure on a surface that cannot take it, which strips paint, forces water behind siding and shortens the life of a roof.
So we soft wash what should be soft washed and save high pressure for concrete and stone. It is slower to explain and better for the house.
